Hi, I submitted my PF withdrawal forms when I left my job in India. After 3 months, I received a notification stating that the claim had been rejected due to the reason 'Submitted 3A does not match with uploaded ECR.' For the past month, I have been emailing my company's HR to look into this matter, but the process is dragging on. I just want to understand this rejection reason and what I could do to expedite the PF withdrawal process. Please help.

Dear AK19, Why was there a need to submit 3A when the department has now rolled out IT? I understand that 3A is required for the period prior to the IT roll-out date if the account has not been updated by the department. I am writing to RPFC to express that my department is unnecessarily delaying the settlement of my account for some trivial reason. Thank you.
