As per my point of view, you can give your employees a wall clock or table clock, fancy paperweights, a small traveling bag, a night lamp, or even an antique silver Lord Ganesha idol for a happy and prosperous new year. These items are common, but they can be used and work as a memento.

4. You may give them some gift items with the organization's name printed on them.
5. You may provide them with some extra incentives.
6. You may give them a packet of sweets, and so on. You may choose any item that you think would be suitable for the purpose of Deepawali.
