How Do I Write a Friendly Circular Announcing a Holiday with a Compensated Day?


Hi, i need to prepare a circular to announce holiday on 19th and the day will be compensated on 23 and it should be in a requesting way . so, can anyone suggest me the format.

If the State Government declares it as a Holiday with pay under negotiable instrument act then you can not ask for compensation. Will wait for the comments of the experts
