Dear Seniors, I have to design leave policies for our company in the Pharma sector. It's a new and relatively small company with fewer than 10 employees currently. I've learned through various discussions on this platform that there are 12 CL per year, 7 days SL, and 18 PL (1.5 per month), but it was all specific to IT companies. Are the leave policies in the pharma sector based on the same lines? Kindly help me out with it, seniors.
