I am new to Citihr and would like to clarify some doubts and seek suggestions. We are located in Chennai and have appointed a Business Development Executive (BDE) in the USA. He will be marketing our services in the USA on our behalf, and we have fixed a salary for the same. However, we are unsure about how to monitor his activities and work processes.
Monitoring Remote Employees
We plan to monitor his calls, including the clients he contacts, the discussions during the calls, client contact details, and call durations. Additionally, we intend to monitor his daily activities remotely.
Could anyone please advise or suggest how we can effectively monitor our remote employee? We are looking forward to your suggestions.

Monitoring Remote Employee Activities
To monitor his activities, prepare a Google Sheet that needs to be updated every day. This sheet should include information in columns such as clients called, emails sent, clients visited, clients closed, clients for follow-up, etc. Please add columns as per your requirements.
The Excel sheet must be updated daily by the employee and shared with the employee, his immediate boss, and any other relevant person.
Additionally, as needed, you can set up a Skype chat with the employee to discuss important issues. This can also be scheduled on a fixed day every week.
