Seeking Advice on Resignation Process

I am currently working with a private limited company in Pune. I resigned on July 1st and am currently serving my notice period. As per my offer/appointment letter, I have given one month's notice. However, 14 days have passed, and I have not received any response to my resignation email.

Please advise on what steps I should take in this situation and what the likelihood is of being relieved by July 30th, 2014. I am firm on not extending my notice period beyond this date. Kindly suggest any legal avenues to resolve this issue.

Hello Ankush, Please check with your superior on the status of your resignation or with your HR. If you have fulfilled your notice rule, nothing to worry.

Thank you for your valuable reply. The concern is that I am working as a manager overseeing two projects, and the handover is supposed to happen. I thought he would ask me to extend, but intentionally, he is delaying this process. I have reached out to the HR Head multiple times, but he keeps saying he will discuss with the CEO and get back to me. However, these days he hasn't been picking up my calls.

Resignation Acceptance and Settlement Concerns

Is it necessary to obtain acceptance for my resignation? Can the company withhold my settlement, citing incomplete handover due to his delays in discussion or response? What will happen if the company does not complete the handover and I leave on my last day?
