I am trying to find out what the average salary for an Oracle DBA with 4-5 years of experience is. It would be useful to understand how much software product companies, such as Oracle, pay versus IT services companies such as Infosys.

I think there is a salary survey report in the market. I happened to see one, but believe me, they aren't real. The salaries they mentioned are not what people are actually getting.
I don't have the report, but I know for sure it's online. If you do a search, you will find it.
