You have not mentioned what your basic qualification is and at what level you want to enter the service in these organizations. Please note that the Labour Department comes under the State Government. The EPFO and ESIC are separate organizations under the Central Government. There are different levels of entry in these organizations. You may visit their websites to see what sorts of vacancies are available and what the required qualifications are. You can also regularly check the 'Employment News' (newspaper published by the central government) where all employment advertisements are detailed.
