Visa Process for Foreign Candidate in Architectural Firm
Rendering service for an Architectural Firm and have finalized one foreign candidate joining this month. To complete the visa process, I have reviewed the visa guidelines issued by the government, which state that the minimum CTC should be Rs. 11.25 lacs per annum and above. My concerns are as follows:
• If we offer below this CTC, will there be any impact?
• What are the calculations to be followed for the salary breakup?
• What are the highlighting points to be followed while recruiting an expat?
• Dos and Don'ts to be followed.
