My MNC company is doing business in West Bengal through a distributor. We maintain an office with office staff on third-party payroll. We have 20 field staff and managers on the payroll. Can such an office run in a residential apartment without registering in the West Bengal Shop & Establishment? All holidays are followed as per the West Bengal holiday schedule.
