Dear all, Can anyone guide me about crane inspection? If the crane capacity (SWL) is not mentioned on the crane, how can I calculate the crane capacity, or is there any way to calculate the crane capacity, e.g., crane hook capacity?
In the absence of the SWL chart, which is normally supplied by the crane manufacturer for various radii, a certified Third-Party Inspector (TPI) can perform load testing of the crane for various degrees and certify its capacity.
Regards,
Pon
