Yes, he is eligible for bonus. Appraisal has got nothing to do with Bonus. Refer Bonus Act for details. Pon, Chennai

an employee is entitle for every bonus because bonus has nothing to do with an employee appraisal

As per factories act, Employee is entitled for bonus if he has worked for 30 days in a year. he has nothing to do with appraisal.

Dear, As per the Bonus Act if some one present minimum 30 working days, then he or she is elligible for Bonus.There is no relation between the either probation period or confirm.
