In continuation of the email from Sh. Malikrg, I would like to inform all members that the Government of Uttar Pradesh has further revised their Variable Dearness Allowance (VDA) to be payable from January 28, 2014. The rates of minimum wages will be as follows:
1. Unskilled: $5750.00 (basic) + $266.20 (VDA) = $6016.20 (Total per month), $231.39 (Daily rate)
2. Semi-Skilled: $6325.00 (basic) + $292.82 (VDA) = $6617.82 (Total per month), $254.53 (Daily rate)
3. Skilled: $7085.00 (basic) + $328.01 (VDA) = $7413.01 (Total per month), $285.12 (Daily rate)
