Got new JOB confirmation mail from HR of new company after attaining interview all rounds & submitting docs so,
i resigned old company depending on confirmation letter of HR, after next day on wards i was waiting for offer letter from HR but still not yet received from past 7 days so, whenever communicating HR on call his always
pick call & says due to some internal problem with staff getting delay surely giving you soon once ready i am still running with Notice same informed to HR, in this case what i have to do i am not getting i little nervous because of this so will i have to wait? whether he will give? & can i believe confirmation letter which i have received from HR from his company' ID in mail? any one please suggest.

See the forum cannot be able to state the status of your offer with the company. You have applied and had interviewed, you must be well aware of the stability and reputation of the company than any other member of this forum. Since the HR has send a email from his official email id, there are less chances of withdrawing back, since you have a proof of offer. But again you cannot do any harm legally, even if you take them to the court of law, they will appoint you and you will be in probation period and they can terminate without notice any day during probation so there is a risk.

Hi Official mail confirmation is also considered as valid document. Hope you will get the offer letter and join. You also mail to HR regarding the notice period.

Don't make yourself as nervous because and email conformation letter also we can believe, there is no matter of making foolishness ourselves.
only thing is that You have to be very strong on you confirmation letter about forthcoming job.

This is with regards that from the talent acquisition mail box I had received an email on 14th of November regarding the offer for acceptance after the interview I had given on 11th of November in NOIDA and the interview HR was Karan and Anchal they sent me for the final round. And at that time we were four people those who cleared all the round including me and the manager for the final round was Natraj from the Accounts Payable and we all gave the interview. And then we all went back to the home, and after that on 14th of Nov we received the offer for acceptance including me and the another girl who gave thier interview with me. And the mail says that please send the documents as mentioned below like birth certificate and resignation from the current employer and in the Note written as send the documents till 14 so on another day I resigned from the current employer. And after that I didn\'t get any kind of communication from their side but I checked with the karan by my friend who is working with Aon Hewitt name is Nikhil Aggarwal and he confirmed with the karan that I am shortlisted for this post of AP in finance and he said that karan saying that by the end of the last week they will send my offer letter on my email id. And Today itself they called me up and said that who told you to resign and this is the last conversion we are doing and say bye and then hang up my call. As well as said that they hired me in the buffer and now there\'s no opening.
