I am an employee in a Private Limited company for more than one and a half years. I joined the company in February 2012, and my probation period was six months. How many leaves will I be eligible for in the current financial year (in terms of C/L, S/L, P/L)?
Regarding my question, I have gone through past discussions; however, I could not find a clear answer. Please note that in the current financial year, I have taken a total of 8 to 10 leaves.

Please refer to the Leave Policy of your company regarding CL/SL/PL. You are eligible for the entire leave if you have worked from Jan 2013 to Dec 2013. Please be reminded that any unavailed CL/SL in your account will automatically lapse, and only PL/EL is carried forward to the next year. The Leave Policy varies from company to company, but the period is the Calendar Year, i.e., Jan to Dec. Therefore, you are eligible for all leaves on a prorated basis until your last working day in the company. I hope your query is resolved.

3. Typically, is the encashment of unused PLs processed in January or April?
