I am currently working as a US IT recruiter, but I have some opportunities to switch into domestic recruitment. At this point, I am confused about which option I should prefer.

Options to Consider

1. US IT recruitment - Night shift 
2. Domestic recruitment - Day shift but compromising with salary

Well, the important thing to consider here is your priority. Would you compromise on salary for working a normal shift, and would you enjoy working a day shift? Or is money or salary your top priority, and you can compromise on other factors if you get a higher package?

So, think carefully, consider all the points, and then make a decision.
