Showing this experience could fail in background verification due to employment overlap if there is no wrong feedback that employer 'A' has knowingly done.

Don't ever show a career gap on your resume. I would suggest you to get the document date corrected. Instead, you should not have accepted the letter with the wrong last working day. Email the previous HR and request them for a correction.
