1. Is there a different minimum wage for a Hotel Manager in Bihar?
2. In which category would a Hotel "HR Executive" fall under for minimum wages? Or, what should the minimum wage be for this position in Bihar?

I am not sure why you have this doubt. In all companies across India, the minimum wage is mostly applicable to the workers' category. Recently, I came across the Bihar minimum wage gazette and am attaching it for your reference. The hotel manager and HR executive will come under the Supervisory/Clerical category.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Yes, I have already received the gazette and implemented the changes from October itself. However, I had a doubt because I had a verbal discussion with one of the Bihar labor officers who mentioned different wage categories for managers. Therefore, I wanted to confirm this information.
