I worked for an organisation for 9 yrs and 2 months do i eligible for EPF or i withdraw the amount accumulated in that fund along with my PF withdrawal please advise

You are at a critical moment. If you have a higher number of LOPs during your tenure, you will receive the full payment without entering the pension scheme. I believe this is very important. Please check with the HR department; they will provide you with the exact information. In our situation, we did this for an employee who had completed 9 years and 3 months. If it exceeds 9 years and 4 months, the pension scheme will automatically come into effect, and a certificate will be issued. So, act quickly, and hopefully, you will receive the entire amount.
