Dear Seniors,
Our company deducted 10% to 20% from different levels of staff as a variable pay from their CTC but is not paying the deducted variable amount to those who have left the company even after completing the required formalities. Some staff are paid 100%, some 80%, and some receive nothing.
Variable Payment Conditions
The condition of variable payment depends on the company's performance and individual performance. While the company's performance appears good according to the annual report, individual performance remains undisclosed to employees.
Legal Options for Claiming Variable Pay
My question is whether there are any legal options available to staff members who are not satisfied with the company's decision regarding claiming their variable amount. All employees have been given a written CTC letter.
