Please let me know about my gratuity amount for claim. Please find the related details as follows:
Joining date: 01.12.2007
Relieving date: 17.06.2013

Kindly tell your basic and DA. In case DA is not there, then tell only basic. Alternatively, you can calculate it yourself by using the following formula:
Basic + DA * 15/26 * number of years worked
As per your date of joining (DOJ) and date of leaving (DOL), it shows that you worked for 6 years.
