As per the Government of Delhi, the minimum wage for a skilled worker is Rs. 361 per day. If the employer caps the basic wage at Rs. 6500 and a skilled worker is present for 24 days in a month, the PF deduction from the employee's side should be as per the CLRA:

1. Rs. 780
Or
2. Rs. 720

Please clarify which deduction is correct.
