Could anyone share some insights or materials on how to begin implementing OD interventions in a commercial establishment? What is the process, and how can we demonstrate the value added by OD through this implementation?

OD should necessarily aim at Systems Building, Culture Building, Commitment Building, and Competency Building.

OD is a parallel process through your interventions at:

1) Organization Vide. (Typically addressing: Streamlining Business Processes, Interventions involving a bare transactional company aiming towards a corporate culture, Branding Exercises, etc.)
2) Developmental Interventions: in increasing Performance Management systems, work levels, compensation structures, etc.
3) Career planning, etc.
