hi! have got btech certificate of regular basic but i have not attended it, what can happen in future if the company finds out that the certificate if fake.

Having fake documents is always a risk; it's illegal, immoral, and unethical. When you know it's wrong, why bother doing it? It might take some time to finish college, but you will at least gain some knowledge and get a real certificate when you complete it.
