I am trying to put in place a process for Job Evaluation in my company. We used HAY to conduct JE for some positions in 2009/2010, but we did not have any follow-up or maintenance for JE since then. We do not have a JE committee in place either.
Appreciate any advice on the best way to go about getting this done.
