We are a company registered under the Factories Act, situated near Mumbai. We have a contract labor license that was due for renewal on December 31, 2012. We had initiated the request, but the labor officer is not renewing the license since he is expecting some solicitude. We do not want to pay anything unaccounted for. Seniors, please guide us on how to get the license renewed because, during a factory inspection, the factory inspector first checks the labor license.
