I am posting this on behalf of my friend. The company she works for has not provided her with any payslips for the past two years she worked. She gets paid half in cash and the remaining amount to her bank account. She has requested the company many times, all in vain.
She needs advice on what legal action can be taken against this issue.

Expected Actions and Considerations
What action do you expect to be taken? On what basis will you make a complaint?
Handling Company Denials
And what happens when the company denies having paid the cash part?
Also, I hope you have another job in hand because you will be out of a job on that very day.

Thank you for the reply. She received the appointment letter when she joined the company and has been with the company for nearly two years. She also received an increment letter with the employer's signature in between.
Current Employment Situation
Now, the issue is that she has received a new job offer. However, when it comes to submitting the previous company's payslips, the employer is refusing to provide them, stating that they will be given after she leaves. This is not correct. She is only requesting all the payslips from the previous years/months and cannot provide bank statements as an alternative. Additionally, the employer is unwilling to release her early. This is the current situation.
Kind regards,

There's a proof of employment letter, an increment letter, and one payslip in the two years of employment. She has also received a job offer, but the other company needs proof of her pay, and that's where the trouble lies. She has also been asked to serve a notice period of two months, but the new company wants her to join immediately.
Notice Period Dilemma
So what's the point of serving the notice period for this fellow when he is not paying her properly and also not providing any payslips? He also threatens to not give her the relieving letter. Even after serving the proper notice period, what's the guarantee that he will provide all of this?
