Seeking Feedback on Corporate Karate Classes
Would companies be open to organizing regular karate classes for employees on company premises? A friend wants to start a corporate fitness solutions company and organize regular karate classes on company premises for employees. Classes would be conducted by certified trainers, with certificates awarded by recognized federations.
Benefits of Corporate Karate Classes
Benefits to employees include physical and mental fitness, improved focus and energy, and reduced stress. There are no age restrictions, and everyone, even those without any history of athletic activity, can join.
This idea seems promising to me. I would appreciate any inputs or feedback on how you think this idea would fare.
Thanks in advance.

This is a good concept. You would need to do some real hard marketing for this idea, as Karate is often perceived by people as "an art on how to bash up someone," whereas in reality, it is for self-defense and self-control.
Wishing you all the best.

Introducing Novel Concepts in the Workplace
A novel concept like yoga and stress-relieving classes can be quite appealing. Employees generally expect employers to allocate time within working hours for such activities. However, employers may find it challenging to accommodate these within the regular schedule. Additionally, the fee your friend has in mind will impact the overall cost to the company (CTC).
When marketing this novel concept, it is important to emphasize the value addition it is likely to bring to the organization.
