Sharing herewith the salary breakup prepared by me for a salary of Rs. 42,000 per month. The salary has been prepared for the sales manager position, and we will not be providing any sort of incentive in addition to this. I would appreciate your valuable feedback on the same to ensure that this breakdown is employee-friendly. Please suggest if something better could be done in this regard.

Correction on Employer Contribution

P.S. The employer contribution should be kept at Rs. 780. It was mistakenly updated as Rs. 2520.

Salary break up is perfectly O.K. It is up to the employer to keep his share of PF limited to 780 or actual 12% of basic salary. (AK GUPTA)
