Just after five months, my DE cross-trained me to a P4 process, for which I would be getting an annual increment of Rs. 25,000. He cross-trained me on a fast-track basis in one month and promised to apply my increment from the month of September. There were others as well who got cross-trained to the P3 process, but they all had been with the company for more than 1.5 years. They all received their increment by the month of November. However, my increment is still pending since September. It's been four months pending. Each time I ask my manager and DE, they say I will receive my increment from the next month's salary, including my arrears from September. But it's still pending, and every time they make excuses like it's a technical fault.
