All the best for your test. Psychometric tests usually don't have a right or wrong answer, so chill. The tests are usually to understand your personality better. They typically consist of a statement and three reactions, and you have to select which one you relate to the most. Alternatively, it may present an activity, and you have to decide if you would do it or not.
I don't know about PepsiCo, but there are some practice tests on a few websites. SHL is one of the leading psychometric test makers and providers, so check if they have any. I am not aware of many; I have taken one once last year... a long time ago.
