Real World Knowledge:
Encourages any human to seek, interpret, accept, and criticize. It feels like "I" can handle worldly instincts based on gut feeling. They want to prepare themselves to start action. Ultimately, while trying, they choose the best elucidation.
Real World Insights:
Here, critical thinking synchronizes with the above. Rapid and deliberate situations occur when actually applying.
Consequently, Real World Insight and Real World Knowledge coincide with each other and reciprocate.

I prefer to distinguish between "knowledge" and "insights" as "knowledge" could stop at the "information" level, while "insights" delve deeper. Insights can lead to the evolution of new "concepts," but mere "knowledge" does not! Knowledge can be superficial, but insights can never be superficial! The present usage of "insights" may stay! Strictly my point of view on the invitation, please.

In my opinion, Mr. Samvedan is right. The word 'insight' goes beyond knowledge; it is the deep understanding of concepts. It is the application of gained knowledge in practical situations, acting as a filter for what is right or wrong.
So, the word 'insight' should stay.

I am particularly interested in understanding the difference between LinkedIn Answers and Cite.co. What, according to you, is the biggest difference here?

I think insight comes from wisdom. It is gained through experience, knowledge, and thoughtful meditation. Knowledge alone has nothing to do with wisdom or insight. Insight involves taking all input and using intellect to find connections and draw conclusions. Many people can memorize data and repeat it, but whether they understand the meaning and can extrapolate that meaning to draw valid conclusions is another matter.
Hence, "Real World Insights" are more appropriate. I am not as active on LinkedIn compared to Cite Co., but I will surely delve into the details and share my thoughts very soon.

I find CiteHR more professional than LinkedIn. LinkedIn doesn't have control over the members' experience, whether they are freshers, experienced, or in business, making it resemble an advertisement portal. This aspect is beneficial for business people and resourcing, but LinkedIn still has its brand in the market.
I always prioritize CiteHR as my first choice as I am an HR professional.
