I need help from your end. I am working as an HR in a small organization. It's a proprietary concern. One of my existing employees is asking for a payslip. For this organization, there is no PF and ESI. Only Basic HRA, DA, incentives, and travel allowance are provided. His salary is 12k as take-home. How can I prepare a payslip for him? You are required to provide a payslip by law, and it is suggested that you give a payslip to all your employees. A payslip can be made on any plain paper with earnings on one side and deductions on the other. Attached is a format of the payslip for your reference.
