Can anyone please tell me what we get when we earn points, or what is done with the points earned at each posting? I tried to search this in the CiteHr Quick search option but could not find it.

Hi Rekha,
The points are only used to measure the most active members. The points system is also utilized to promote members from one rank to another as they earn points. Some upcoming additions will be dependent on the point system:
- CiteHR Certificates
- Quick projects for students to work with HR pros to gain experience through small online internships. Certificates will be issued upon successful completion.
These are just a few examples of how points will determine your standing within CiteHR.
