I am in urgent need of fun activities for stress management training for software engineers and team leaders. As it is going to be just a two-hour session, I will be limiting it to trainer-led discussions and activity-based learning. I would greatly appreciate your prompt response.
Thanks in advance.

Role Play Activity for Stress Management Training
You shall have a role play with two to three persons: The activity shall be like one person (Customer) calling the other one over the phone and bursting out about the completion of the project. The person whom he intends to talk with is on leave. So, how the manager and peers are going to deal with the scenario.
As a trainer, you can act as an angry customer and slowly guide them based on their reactions, showing how stress affects both sides of the people. This activity typically takes half an hour, depending on the enthusiasm of the participants.
