Exploring Mind and Mental Health for Employee Well-being - CiteHR

Understanding the Mind: A Three-Part Presentation

As a Psychological Counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist, I wanted to share my knowledge and experience on the mind, and the result is this presentation. Since this is a huge topic and as I am also busy with other jobs, I have decided to give this in three parts. Part 1, which is attached, contains information on the mind, its types, Id, Ego, and Super Ego. The second and third parts will contain information on mind dynamics, types of mental illness, self-sabotage, crime including juvenile crime, symptoms of mental illness, and remedies.

The Importance of Mental Health in Organizations

Human assets are the vital and important assets for the growth of any organization, and hence we must pay attention to their mental health. There is no use in keeping an employee with a corrupted mind in spite of intelligence in work.

I wish and hope this presentation will be useful to the members. As usual, I expect the expert comments of the members, which are the source of energy and encouragement for contributors like me.

Dear Sir, Thank you for sparing your precious time and sharing your valuable experience and knowledge with us. The way you explained the types of mind in IT language (which most of us deal with in our day-to-day life) is excellent. I am looking forward to the other two parts as well.

Regards,
