Compensation Structure Research for Hotel Industry

I am currently pursuing my MBA in HR from Alliance University, Bangalore. I have a project in hand where I am supposed to find out the compensation (salary) range, structure, and the various components in it for the Hotel Industry for the following designations:

1. General Manager
2. Housekeeping Manager
3. Sous Chef

I need to make a comparison of the various compensation structures. I request you all to kindly help me with this project by providing me with the above details. Also, it would be very helpful if you could please provide me with the salary breakup for the above designations as well (as per the components).

The packages can be fixed based on the various parameters of the candidates selected for the particular position. For General Manager - Housekeeping, it could be the qualification, experience, nature of industries he has worked in, the team size he has handled, areas of expertise, and his last drawn salary with perks. All these factors will help you fix the salary for a senior-level position.

In my opinion, it could be in the range of 18 to 25 lakhs per annum, depending upon the nature of the industry and the turnover of the industry. I hope these inputs may help you to some extent.
