Is it advisable to pursue certification courses? If yes, what kind of courses have good scope nowadays? Will these certification courses add value when seeking a job change, or will employers view it negatively, considering I already have an MBA? Please guide me.

Moreover, since you are currently working, it would be beneficial to continue with the same organization and keep learning. Additionally, in today's job market, finding employment can be quite challenging.

To enhance your knowledge, you may want to consider pursuing a certain number of certification courses. If you are focusing on a particular area to advance your profession, you could consider adding a specific course such as International Marketing if you are interested in marketing.
