I have been working as a consultant in the field of OD & Change Management for the past 4 years. I have played a key role in designing and implementing OD projects across India, spanning both the Manufacturing and Service sectors. Some examples of projects I have worked on include the implementation of High-Performance Work Systems, development of a Competency & Skill-Based HR Model, and the establishment of a Performance Management System.
I hold a Postgraduate degree in HR from Sadhana Centre for Management & Leadership Development, Pune.
Currently, I am looking to further enhance my knowledge and skills by pursuing a certification course from a reputable institute or college in one of the following areas:
1. Industrial Psychology
2. Assessment Centers
3. Compensation & Benefits
