Understanding Employee Leave Policies

Please let me know the full details about employee leaves, including the formula to calculate them, and the differences between CL (Casual Leave), PL (Paid Leave), and SL (Sick Leave). According to labor law, what are the procedures to calculate leaves? Does leave calculation occur on a working hour basis? Which leaves can be carried forward, are encashable, and which lapse?

Leave Calculation at F & F Settlement

Please do let me know how to calculate leaves at the time of F & F (Full and Final) settlement. What is the eligibility for getting PL and SL, and what are the parameters? How many CL, PL, and SL are provided to an employee for the whole year?

Compensation for Holiday Work

If an employee works on holidays in a 24-hour working plant, such as sugar mills, will they be eligible to receive double salary for that day?

Bonus Procedures

What is the procedure to get a bonus?

Regarding Full and Final Settlement

Only PL (Privilege Leave) is encashed. The remaining PL mentioned in the records is encashed at the time of full and final settlement. PL is encashed based on the basic amount the employee is receiving at the time of leaving the organization. CL (Casual Leave) and SL (Sick Leave) are not encashed during the Full and Final Settlement.
