The program has been running successfully for the last 4 years. Around 50 organizations have sponsored their managers for the program. The batch size is restricted to about 20. While the restricted batch size enhances the effectiveness of the training delivery, it also ensures sufficient numbers for networking and peer-learning opportunities. As of today, we have 9 participants enrolled in the program.
