The management is planning to conduct a training program for our new joiners. I am working with the HR department, and I have to conduct a 1-hour HR session for our new employees. Could anybody help me prepare the basic HR training material for that session?

Basically, it is an induction training. You have to prepare a PPT with 10 to 15 slides that include all your company details such as history, vision, mission, production facilities (if you are into manufacturing), and benefits provided to employees from an HR perspective (ESIC, PF, leave policies), etc. If you have any doubts, feel free to call me.
