We are planning to engage engineers/officers in supervisory, operational, and, in some cases, managerial functions at various construction sites across the country through temping agencies. I would like to know whether a license under the Contract Labour (R&A) Act 1970 would be required for engaging such officers/engineers at sites if more than 20 of them are engaged at each site?
