If you are within the limits of a corporation, approach the corporation division office where your office or workplace (head office) is located. Otherwise, visit the panchayat office. Meet the concerned revenue office if it is a corporation, or the concerned clerk in the case of a panchayat. They will guide you through the registration formalities. After that, you can regularly make payments through them only.
