I am pursuing my M. Phil and I have to prepare a thesis on the 'The Leadership Styles in the diamond sector'.
Meanwhile, I have interviewed some top executives to analyze their leadership styles. Now, I have to narrate and prepare the thesis based on my survey, which is my primary source. However, I need help with the following points [to use as my secondary data source]:
1. The relevant new issues and research in the Leadership Styles.
2. Useful information on the above subject.
3. A proper thesis index and format.
