Hi, I need help regarding PL accumulation. Is there any law or policy that limits the accumulation of PL over the years?
Company PL Policy Update
My company has introduced a new PL policy where we get 12 leaves per year, and 6 PL can be carried forward to the next year. So, in a year, a person cannot accumulate more than 18 leaves.
Any suggestions?

The policy of the company cannot be less favorable than what is prescribed under the law. In your case, what is the applicable law? Is it the Factories Act, the Shops and Establishments Act, the Mines Act, the Plantation Labour Act, or the Motor Transport Workers Act? If you provide this information, I may be able to help you.
