I am handling the HR department of an automobile dealership with approximately 1500 employees. I am working on employee engagement activities to improve the morale of the employees, but since it is an automobile dealership, it is not easy to coordinate and conduct activities for the service department due to their tight work schedule.

For example, on National Pretzel Day, we randomly spread out different types of pretzels all over the office for people to munch on. We also enjoy grilling out on nice days during lunchtime.
