Holiday Pay for Monthly-Paid Employees
If you are a monthly-paid employee and work on a special holiday, you will receive an additional 30%. If you do not work, you will still receive 100% of your pay, meaning you will not be marked as absent. On a legal holiday, if you work on that specific date, you receive an additional 100%.
