Hi, I am doing my master's thesis on the relationship between organizational structure and HRM (human resource management). I am wondering if some of you have academic and non-academic articles or books that describe this.

Research Question

My main research question is: How will the way you lead HR practice be different with a new organizational design/structure in an organization? Mainly, how will flatter structures impact how you practice Human Resource Management? I am looking at how this will impact recruitment, promotion, and turnover. Also, how it will impact the distribution of salary.
