Hi everybody, can anybody help me with information relating to reimbursements for employees at various levels and compensating employees for extra hours worked? I want this for an IT company with 30 employees across different departments such as development, support, admin, HR, sales, and marketing.

It can range from telephone reimbursements, Sodexo, LTA, business attire, car/fuel (depending on the CC of the car - Rs.1800 if the car CC is below 1600, Rs.2400 if the car CC is more than 1600), and driver (Rs. 900).
